Lowlande Web Design in no ways promises that your site will be at the top of search engines, that it will make money, or that it will gain exposure for your business.  Internet technology seems to change everyday and it is impossible to make any lasting guarantees.

Lowlande has a limited client list and our acceptance policy is subjective to many things, including the nature of the business, how long the business has existed, whether a client was referred and who referred them, and the nature of the business relationship.  We do not and never will discriminate on base human differences such as race or gender.
We do guarantee the following:

Your web site building process will be as guided as you need it to be.  There are no dumb questions; the internet is a new and every-changing place and any question about how things work is a good question.

Your site will be unique.  We do not use mass-produced templates and we create each template in house to your specification and to fit the needs of your business.  The best way to get noticed - by both search engines and visitors to your site - is to have your site reflect the personality of your business.  

Control over your site: Lowlande Web Design believes that you own your site and have the right to access it, change it, or sell it at any time.  We firmly believe the client should be in possession of the domain name of the site, and have access to the host.  When the final payment of the site is made, the site goes live and it's yours.  Period.

Low Cost: We offer reasonable prices and personal quality. We may not be your lowest bid, but we'll be upfront about the cost and we do much of our sites on a flat fee basis. Unless you add features or change the design of your site during it's construction, what's in your contract is what you pay.
